BotzLy (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the BotzLy platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable French and European laws.

1. Data Controller

The data controller is BotzLy, contactable at contact@cyberbotz.fr.

2. Data We Collect

Account Data

When you register, we collect: name, email address, and password (hashed). If you use OAuth (Google, GitHub), we receive your name and email from the provider.

Organization Data

Organization name, team member information, and billing details.

Tracking Data

Our platform processes tracking events on behalf of our users (data processors). This includes:

• Click data: IP hash, referers, timestamps
• Conversion data: IP hash, timestamps, conversion status
• Impression data: IP hash, timestamps

This tracking data is processed on behalf of our users (marketing agencies) who are the data controllers for their end-users.

Billing Data

Payment information is processed by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer ID but never your full payment card details.

Technical Data

IP addresses, browser information, and session data for authentication and security purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain the platform
• Process subscriptions and billing
• Send transactional emails (invoices, payout notifications, account confirmations)
• Ensure platform security and prevent fraud
• Generate aggregated analytics for our users
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
• Tracking data: Retained for the duration specified in your subscription plan. Aggregated statistics may be retained longer.
• Billing data: Retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws (typically 10 years in France).
• Logs: Security logs are retained for up to 12 months.
